D.A.N. Hire is a small family run business which started out over 30 years ago with one man and a digger, Dave Newman. After Dave received his first machine from his employer in Bath following their business closure he set out on his own. Work soon rapidly grew so with that came the purchase of a new machine and thoughts of other lines of work. Working on a wide range of sites for different customers Dave realised the need for portable toilets so after a few late nights he constructed his own toilet trailer and things expanded from there.

As time progressed at D.A.N. Hire, we took on more and more work expanding, learning new skills and gaining fellow trades which leads us to where we are today. We specialise in all types of fencing, groundwork and portable toilet hire. We have a small, friendly and highly skilled team with a large range of equipment, meaning we can capture all of your needs.

We often combine our team with other trades, for example builders and tree surgeons etc meaning all of your project can be started with one phone call.

Here at D.A.N. Hire we welcome working with both trade customers as well as home owners with aspiring plans for their project. We’re happy to give all the advice we can either by coming to visit to see what you have planned on site or over the phone to get the ball rolling for you. Approaching all our customers in a friendly manor we hope to achieve your plans as simply and as hassle free as possible for you.
